I didn’t receive the activation code. What do I do?

After registering on Testportal, your account remains inactive until activated. By default, an email with a code should appear in your inbox within a few minutes of registration.

What if there is no activation code in my inbox?

The most common reasons for not receiving a message with an activation code are:

  • Problems with your mail provider (some inboxes block incoming messages from Testportal).

  • Using an incorrect email address during registration.

  • Overlooking a message with an activation link because it was delivered to a different folder (e.g., "Offers" or "SPAM").

Can I activate the account without the activation code?

Contact our Customer Success team via the contact form or write directly to support@testportal.net. Our team will be happy to activate your account manually, and you will then be able to use all the features of Testportal.

How to restore my password?

Sometimes you might forget your password. It happens. When working on your device, the web browser’s autocomplete function will probably help. But what if you need to use a mobile device or another computer? There is a solution.

The quickest way to recover your password is to use the password recovery option. To use this function, go to the Testportal main page, and then click Sign in.

You will see Forgot your password?. Click on the link and it will redirect you to the password recovery form.

Fill in the required fields to receive a message from us. We will promptly send you your username and a link to set a new password.

How to change an email address?

You can change the email address associated with your account to log in with a new email address. Also, email notifications and your email feedback will be sent to the new email address. 

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to the My account menu.

  3. Click the Change email address bookmark.

  4. Input a new email address in the New email address and Re-enter new email address fields.  

  5. Hit the Save button.  

  6. A link confirming the change will be sent to your new email address.  

  7. After clicking on the link, you will be asked to enter your login password to complete the process of changing your email address.
