What is the Respondents monitoring?
One of the most useful features of the test after its activation is the Respondent monitoring. Here's what you should know about it.
What are the benefits of the Respondents monitoring?
The current status of respondents taking your test is visible in this table. The table content can be edited as needed. By default, you will receive the following information:
Access code (If you chose Private access code in Test access settings)
First name
Last name
Start date
Current question number
Current score
Attempts
The table may also contain optional information from the Test start page form, for example, the respondent's email address, gender, or department/group.
You can view the Respondent monitoring page in active tests
Respondent monitoring (similar to the Results table) can be displayed in presentation (i.e., full screen) mode. In presentation mode, the logo uploaded in the Basic settings will display.
Why is the Respondents monitoring beneficial?
This option allows you to monitor the current progress of all your respondents. Using this feature, you will see how the respondents answer your questions. It may turn out, for example, that respondents have too much or too little time for a specific question. Use conclusions from such observations to modify your testing efforts.
